Our fully comprehensive D.S.E + C.A.P.S assessments evaluate and review various health and safety aspects within your workplace. We offer practical advice and solutions to ensure you are providing your employees with everything they need to maximise their display screen equipment wellbeing and productivity. We also cover the importance of C.A.P.S - Circulation, Activity, Posture and Support and how to achieve correct sitting postures to help ease and prevent back and neck pain.
Chair ergonomics assessment

Century Office offer C.A.P.S - Circulation, Activity, Posture and Support Assessments to help ease and prevent back and neck pain in the workplace.
The C.A.P.S assessment programme has been designed to educate employees on how to adjust their chairs correctly to ensure correct seating positions and good desk posture throughout the day. Each session is completed in groups of up to 8 employees and takes approximately 45 minutes to complete. A half day would cover 30 employees, and a full day would cover 60 employees.

Bespoke office furniture services
At Century Office, we are often asked about bespoke sizes and custom-made furniture. Our sales team have extensive experience and can advise on what options are available for each unique set of circumstances. All of our bespoke furniture is machine-made in order to ensure quality and accuracy.
Century Office has experience in designing and manufacturing bespoke items ranging from boardroom tables, desks and benches, cupboards and storage solutions of various shapes and sizes.

At Century Office, we hold vast stocks so we can dispatch furniture very quickly throughout the UK. Where goods are only required quickly and do not require assembly or installation we will dispatch on a next day pallet service throughout the UK. When customers require a full delivery and installation, we use only our own teams of fully trained fitters and our own vehicles to deliver and install your furniture. Our fitting teams will assemble the furniture and position as per pre agreed plans. Deliveries are arranged in advance, and at a time that is convenient to you, to minimise the level of disruption. Upon completion of an installation, we will remove any packaging from your offices and ensure that the area is left clear and tidy.
For companies that are refurbishing existing offices, we offer a disposal service, where our fitters will disassemble your existing furniture prior to installation of new furniture and return back to our premises for collating into various forms for recycling where possible.
All Century Office fitters have CSCS cards, and Century Office is Chas accredited.
R.A.M.S (Risk Assessment and Method Statements), can be provide for each installation by prior arrangement.
