Office Space Design

Once we have discussed with you how your business works and understand your needs and goals for your forthcoming office move or reconfiguration, we will produce draft layout designs which comply with all health and safety legislation. Your feedback will dictate the changes required (this often takes quite a few versions!), until you have a design that you feel works best for you and your team. A site survey will then be carried out to double-check your space and ensure there are no obstructions, etc that might not have been considered.

Office Furniture Selection

Now we can start to talk about products – your style preferences, ergonomic needs and the way you work (storage needs, etc) will dictate the products we recommend. We can demonstrate products, leave you will samples to try, provide colour and fabric swatches to help you make the right choices. We can put your choices into your layouts so you can see in 2D and 3D how items you select will look in situ. Finally in this stage we will prepare quotations to match your chosen design and products.

Project Planning & Delivery

We can work to your timescales and liaise with you and your architects and builders (if there are any) to make sure everything comes together at just the right time for you and your team. Where necessary we can phase your installation. Our experienced fitting team will build and place your furniture, with the minimum of fuss, and leave your new workspace looking fabulous!

Continuing Support

Even once your installation is complete, we are only a phone call away for any after sales questions or additions you may need. We can provide your team with training and information material to educate them on how to set up their chair and sit properly at their desk to reduce the risks of injury through poor posture.
